Welcome to The Earn While You Learn Program. This program is designed to teach the basic skills needed to provide maintenance to a home. Learn these skills, earn a weekly *stipend as you apply them to our selected homes and become the best version of you in the process!
*A daily stipend of a mnimum payment of $75 a day, based upon your skills.
Soft and hard skills
Soft skills are your time management, customer service, contract management and technology skills that you need in order to run your own business.
Hard skills are your hands on experiences that teach you how to actually work on a property.

Cleveland,Ohio 44122 Be prepared with your homework, notebook, pen and mask. The attire is business casual. LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU THERE! ◼️ Thursday Sept 24th from 4pm - 8pm (you are not required to be there that long) we will be at the Grand Opening of our partner ReNew Flooring - 20020 St Clair Ave., Euclid, OH 44117. Dress Business Casual
◼️Friday - Sept 25th 3:30 - 5:30 - Paint and Demo training at - 886 Wayside 44110.
◼️Sat- 9am - 5pm - we will be painting the interior and exterior of the home at 886 Wayside.
◼️Sunday - 9am to 5pm Finishing up the painting at 886 wayside rd
