OhioGuidestone connects individuals with the resources needed to achieve lifelong success, providing community counseling, substance use disorder treatment, workforce development training, early childhood mental health services, psychiatric care and more.OhioGuidestone's  Stark County Counseling program is seeking full-time Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapists. This position is flexible by nature meaning that you can create your own best work/life balance by writing your own schedule!  Some nights and weekends may be required as client needs arise. Individual and family mental health services are provided in the client home as well as the surrounding community. Stark County Therapists may also provide office-based services! Caseloads (between 25-35 clients) consist of clients aged 0-64 needing mental health, behavioral health, and/or AoD therapeutic intervention and are assigned based on zip code to limit your travel time. We are looking for qualified social workers (LSW), counselors (LPC), and/or marriage & family therapists (MFT) who have an interest in working with our specialized populations! Current programs include:ADULT SERVICESCHILDREN & ADOLESCENTSEARLY CHILDHOODMATERNAL DEPRESSIONTherapists may deliver therapeutic and intervention services to adolescents, teens, and/or adults. The Therapist will work in a variety of settings including clients’ homes, in the community, and in the office. In most cases, travel is within only 20 miles of your home! Enjoy the chance to write your own schedule in order to maintain your best work/life balance! Essential Functions:Develops a therapeutic relationship with each clientProvides individual, group or family therapy as neededAvailable for clinical consultationMaintain a minimum productivity level of 52% billable face-to-face contacts per weekMaintains ongoing frequent contact with other assigned OhioGuidestone professionals, parents or outside agency professionals assigned to caseProvide CPST and minor case management functions if neededAssumes a strong advocacy role for clients and makes recommendations for clinical and support services needed upon dischargeActively participates in all treatment conferences and meetings for the clientsCompletes all paperwork required by the agency within designated time framesParticipates in agency and community meetings as neededAttends conferences and workshops to maintain professional competenceMaintains regular and reliable attendancePerformance/Physical Requirements:Work environment can include an agency office, school based setting, or in the community including clients homesEnglish reading and writing skills requiredWorks flexible hours and is available for crisis management by phoneComputer literacy skills, including Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic database usage, as well as basic typing Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree* in social work with a valid Ohio LSW requiredMaster’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field preferredLPC, MFT, LISW or LPCC or IMFT is preferredValid Ohio Driver’s License, proof of valid Auto Insurance, and a safe driving record required*Funding sources may require OhioGuidestone to hire an advanced degreeAt OhioGuidestone we care about the health and safety of our employees.
